Dermot G O’Donovan Solicitors has a vacancy for an experienced legal secretary. This role offers challenging, interesting and rewarding work in an innovative environment.
The duties and responsibilities that we will need from the successful applicant are as follows:-
Experience of using a case management system
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Preparing correspondence and documents from digital dictation
Preparation of legal documents including court applications
Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Liaising with clients, dealing with telephone queries and liaising with third parties
File management, including invoicing, filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving
General secretarial support
Prior experience of conveyancing is an advantage but not essential.
