Margaret Irwin is an Associate in our Conveyancing Department. 

 

Margaret has worked with Dermot G. O'Donovan, Solicitors since 2006.  She qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and works in the area of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. 

 

She deals with the acquisition, development and disposal of commercial and residential properties. She also deals with mortgages and re-mortgages.  She has experience also in agricultural land transactions, residential and commercial lettings and complex first registration applications.

 

She also has extensive experience in the area of Commercial Conveyancing.  

 

Margaret also has extensive experience in Criminal Law. In particular she has a wealth of experience in Extradition Law, in particular in the area of European Arrest Warrants.

 

Margaret is also the Quality Manager for the firm and is responsible for ensuring that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained.
