Q9000 - GOLD STANDARD

Dermot G. O'Donovan Solicitors are delighted to have been awarded a gold standard score by the Institute of Legal Research and Standard for our Q9000 Legal Quality Standard. Our Q9000 accreditation was awarded following a comprehensive independent audit which was carried out by the Institute of Legal Research and Standards in June of this year. The Q9000 is recognised by the Law Society.

In order to be awarded this standard our firm had to demonstrate that we observe the highest standard in client management, file management, regulatory compliance and claims management and that we follow advanced procedures in areas of practice management, systems management and financial management.

Muiris Gavin and Margaret Irwin are responsible for risk management in Dermot G. O'Donovan Solicitors and ensure that all policies are procedures are implemented within the firm and that all members of staff are trained and compliant with our systems, procedure and policies.
